Reporting Bugs and Requesting Features

To report a bug, please send an email to support@packetsmith.ca with the following information:

• A detailed description of the bug
• Operating System version
• The version number of the software
• Preferably, a sample PCAP file that allows us to replicate the problem

To request a new feature for PacketSmith, please email support@packetsmith.ca with a detailed description of your idea. Netomize will evaluate all feature requests based on their:

• Applicability: How well the feature aligns with PacketSmith’s purpose
• Future Plans: How the feature fits into the long-term development of PacketSmith

Integration Complexity: How difficult would it be to integrate the feature into the existing codebase
